Our last day with ELDER BLACKHAM

DECEMBER 10th, we took Brigham to the MTC. He is going to Taichung Taiwan. We are so proud of him. And glad he has this opportunity. He is going to be great. He has such an amazing testimony, I'm glad he has a chance to share it and serve the Lord. He always giAdd Imageves everything his best and that's why I know he is going to be great. He is a great example to all of us and we love him for that. It was allot of fun but very hard dropping him off. It was hard to think we are not going to see him for two years. It is comforting to know he is in good hands and he is going to help so many people. We first took him to breakfast @ Denny's then off to the MTC. We are going to miss him like crazy! When he gets back Zach is going to be two. He isn't going to recognize him. This is a huge sacrifice he is making and we know he will make us PROUD. God be with him!

Our Bitter Sweet Moment

Today was the last day we will ever be the teachers of these great kids. The last 2 years we have taught the 15-16 year old group @ Church in Moroni. We have now moved to Sandy and will no longer be in that ward. We are so excited about being in a different ward and meeting new people, but we are really going to miss them. We have adopted them as family and its hard to move on!! starting from the back left to right: Brittney, Brett, Landan, Ethan, Kraegan, Justin. Front left to right: Michelle, Alicia, Zach, Karen, and Hannah.
Our class has been so fun. I do believe they have taught us more then we have taught them. The Lord has more planned for us then we will ever know! And I'm so grateful for our faith, and relationship with our heavenly father. I love this season of life. We are just enjoying every moment we spend with our family and friends. Merry Christmas Everyone!!!

Little Zachs First Pictures

Zach got his first professional pictures done Nov. 18th. He was 2weeks old. I have to say he wasn't a big fan of the whole naked part. We didn't get all of the pictures we wanted because he was so fussy!! Kinda makes me sad, but I'm over it because we did get some really cute ones. He is getting so Big. He is now 7 weeks old and growing so fast. It's almost not fair how hard you work to get them here and then they grow up so fast. But I have to be honest, I'm loving every stage he's going through. He is now starting to smile really big and giggle a little bit. I just love having him in our home. For as much as I want to keep him an infant, I really am looking forward to the next stages ahead. I have so much I want to teach him and activities I want to do with him. He has become such a great addition to our Family.

Our First Family Pictures

Holly Hooper took our family pictures for us! She does a great job!
It was absolutely freezing that day. I felt so bad, the wind was so strong and cold and we were right on the temple hill in Manti. For those of you that have never been up there... When the wind is blowing it gets cold especially in November. And Zach was only 2 weeks old, the wind kept catching him in the face and took his breath away. We wrapped him in a blanket right until we took the picture then we took it away.. I felt like a bad mom, letting him be in the cold like that.

I absolutely love Zachs face in this picture. His Daddy and Mommy love him!!
